Tim is an experienced HR Leader who’s spent 25 years living, working, and learning in the UK, Asia and Australia. Melbourne is home. He’s on a mission to help more people to have better Career Conversations! Tim leads the content creation and solution design activity for our customers. Making sure experience leads to inspiration and impact. Tim’s a husband, dad, wannabe runner and James Bond fan.

Jo is an accomplished HR Executive who is passionate about bringing people experiences to life. Over the last 20 years Jo has led numerous change and transformation programs and has a reputation of getting the very best out of people and technology. Jo lives in Perth, WA and is a very proud Mum to 2 teenage daughters. Jo and her husband have a rural property in the South of WA, with pet alpacas and are growing an olive grove.

Claire joined The Career Conversation from the health sector, with extensive experience in HR and Learning & Development. Claire describes herself as endlessly curious and a lifelong learner. With a background in people science, she recently completed her degree and honours in psychology. Claire loves to “get things done” building out learning frameworks and creating creative programs in collaboration with our customers.

Garteh lives in Melbourne and is passionate about optimising the talent lifecycle, from initial talent attraction and branding through to workforce mobility, development and retention. Through his role as MD of TQSolutions, Gareth brings a wealth of market insight to TCC clients in all areas of talent and workforce management. Gareth loves nothing better than to spend time running, walking or cycling – preferably in wilderness areas.
